How can I get Tarqyn?
Initially, Tarqyn is available exclusively with Tecology servers. The AI is included free of charge with the server. Contact us to explore the options.
Is Tarqyn free?
Tarqyn AI is included at no additional cost with Tecology servers during this initial stage. The server is purchased separately; this offer does not mean the hardware is free.
Where is my data processed?
The model processes conversations and files on the Tecology server configured for your team. Web searches and online connectors exchange data with the services you authorize.
Do I need the internet?
The model can perform local tasks without connecting to external AI services. Web searches, online connectors and remote server access need the relevant connectivity.
Which server do I need?
The configuration depends on the model, tasks and number of users. Tell us how you want to use Tarqyn so we can help you choose a Tecology server.
Can I develop solutions connected to Tarqyn?
Yes. If you want to connect your tools, data or processes to Tarqyn, contact us and tell us about the solution you would like to develop. Tarqyn supports MCP connectors and OpenAPI APIs.
Can it send email without my permission?
The Assistant never sends email without approval. Before sending, it rereads the draft; if anything changed, it shows it to you again. It never pays or signs anything.
Does it work with my Outlook?
The Assistant works with classic desktop Outlook for Windows. The new Outlook and Gmail are not yet supported. Ask Tecology about the configuration for your team.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Tarqyn Enterprise shares a server model between several people, each with an isolated workspace and measured usage.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes. A local model can make mistakes. Review documents, code and email before using or sending them.
